Serving Generations Well In 1966, when Lyndon B. Johnson was president, Gloria Westley joined Cleveland State as an elevator operator in Fenn Tower. A consummate and humble employee, Westley has served under eight university presidents, nine governors of Ohio and 10 U.S. presidents. No wonder she is considered one of the best all-time CSU associates.
