Our hospitality and business internships and co-op programs build pathways to student success, from establishing skills to growing networks of mentors. With a focus on hands-on, experiential learning, Chartwells interns are equipped with the knowledge to tackle real-world scenarios. We’re proud to have placed many of our interns in full-time positions after graduation, from marketing managers to operations professionals.

4-month Internship


All-Encompassing: This immersive rotational internship program offers real-world exposure across hospitality and business operations. Throughout the term, students will collaborate with seasoned mentors in culinary, catering, marketing, and operations—equipping them with the skills to launch a dynamic career in hospitality or business leadership.

8-month Co-Op Program


Hospitality: This rotational hospitality internship offers students the chance to develop essential skills in culinary, food safety, wellness, sustainability, and catering. This hands-on experience enables interns to apply their classroom knowledge to real-world scenarios.

Business: This rotational business internship provides students with the opportunity to gain valuable operations skills, including marketing, finance, human resources, DEI, sales, and supply chain management. We focus on experiential training, where interns learn practical and soft skills, including problem resolution, time management, communication, innovation planning and implementation, and client relationship management.
